Gently toss together:
Sliced D’Anjou Pear
2 cups arugula
one cup spinach
1/4 cup caramelized walnuts
1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
fig balsamic drizzle
Caramelize walnuts by combining ingredients in a medium hot frying pan. 1/4 cup whole walnuts, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tblsp dairy free butter and a tiny squirt of honey, heat until coated and a bit browned, let cool.
