At a Milford green, CT farmers market there was a booth filled with all kinds of gourmet salts, vinegars and olive oils.
I got to taste all sorts of vinegars from sweet to hot and spicy! Something for every cook and to satisfy every foodie palate.
They were all so delicious! I went home with one of the Pineapple White and one of the Fig balsamic vinegars. The fig came with recipe card from a local chef.

I always try to buy local produce whenever possible and also support local businesses. In this case I got some really great vinegars I can’t get anywhere else.
